James Snoxell is the CEO of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. and practices in the firm’s Business Law and Nonprofit Organizations Department. He works primarily with the firm's business and nonprofit clients by advising them about business and corporate law issues. Jim assists nonprofit organizations with their unique legal concerns and needs. He helps business clients with business acquisitions and sales, drafting contracts, working to prevent and resolve employment law problems, helping protect clients’ intellectual property rights, advising about business continuation, ownership succession, personal estate planning needs, and helping with select real estate law matters.
